Scarecrow Demo
SDY will be holding a public demonstration at Scarecrow Festival, hosted by the Hoffman Estates Park District. The festival will be held on Saturday, September 20th from noon to 3:00 PM at Vogelei Park, 650 West Higgins Road. SDY will likely kick off the event, so be sure to arrive early!
Students from SDY will perform patterns, spar, wrestle, break boards, demonstrate dive rolls and flying kicks, and more! Afterwards the demonstration, come visit our booth where we will be breaking boards and answering questions.
For current students, everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate in the demonstration, from brand new white belts to seasoned black belts. If you are interested in joining in, please speak to an instructor this week.
